Product Description

 

1. FEATURES
 (1) Large Carrying Capacity.
 Irradiation cross-linked cable. After high-energy electron beam irradiation, the molecular structure of the material changes from linear to three-dimensional  network molecular structure, and the temperature resistance level is increased from non-crosslinked 70ºC to 90ºC, 105ºC, 125ºC, 135ºC, and even 150ºC The current carrying capacity of the same specification cable is increased by 15-50%.


(2) Large Insulation Resistance.
Since irradiated cross-linked cables avoid the use of hydroxides as flame retardants, pre-crosslinking during crosslinking and the decrease in insulation resistance due to the absorption of moisture in the air by the insulation layer are prevented. So, the insulation resistance value is thus guaranteed.


(3) Long Service Life.
Due to the high temperature resistance grade and high aging temperature of the irradiated crosslinked polyolefin material, the service life of the cable  is prolonged.


(4) Eco-friendly.
Since the materials used in the cable are all halogen-free and environmental protection materials, the combustion characteristics of the cable meet the environmental protection requirements.

The quality of traditional warm water cross-linked cable is affected by water temperature, agent production process, crosslinking additives and other factors, and the quality is unstable, while the quality of irradiation cross-linked cable depends on the irradiation dose of the electron beam, and the irradiation dose is controlled by the computer, less human factors, so the quality is stable.
